Online Coach with the Bodybuilding Champion – The “Coach Online” service is for those people who wish to improve their efforts in the gym or at home by taking advantage of professional programs targeted to their needs or goals.
The service is suitable for those who do not have the opportunity to go to my office due to distance. In my office I take body analyzes with biometric and functional tests which identify a metabolic and structural situation of the athlete.
The Coach Online service is a way to work out; where from your home or your gym, you will have the certainty of being followed remotely step by step via data network; in a professional way, with personalized programs done by a Champion with thirty years of experience in the field of Fitness and Bodybuilding as an Athletic/Physical Trainer and Sports Consultant.
To begin this service are initially required:
- 4 photos in swimming costume/underwear (front, sides and back);
- Height (cm);
- Weight (kg);
- Age
If in your possession, but optional, these documents may be useful for my analysis:
- Blood tests;
- Bioimpedance analysis;
- Anthropoplicometry;
- X-rays following fractures;
- Reports following interventions;
- Various therapies.
These are elements which may be useful to create a detailed program.
The consultancy includes:
- General medical history and cognitive approach of the athlete;
- Dietary and integrational advice;
- Training program divided into microcycles (with variable frequency of about 4/6 weeks depending on the goals and purposes).
